for Requesting Letters of Recommendation from Ms. Miller Hosey
Note:
I do not write recommendations for
students who are not willing to waive the right to see
the application materials. I am
following the advice of counsel.

Include with this
sheet a copy of:
1. the schoolıs/ organizationıs
recommendation form
2. your resume that is both thorough and
neatly done in proper resume format (this will also help
you later)
3. an envelope that is properly addressed
and has sufficient postage
Put all of the above items into a large envelope.
Although some letters
can work for more than one school, you may need separate
letters in special cases. If so, please be sure to
follow the guidelines above, but clearly separate the
different materials for schools (i.e., use separate envelopes
for each request). Otherwise, put all materials into one
envelope.
